One of the largest financial services providers in the USA’s rural sector, has deployed ActiveDocs to generate documentation for all of its loans, leases and other financial services.
ActiveDocs replaced the client’s legacy Microsoft InfoPath solution that was in use for over a decade. ActiveDocs has now enabled fully automatic generation of documents integrated with nCino and Salesforce that work together as the client’s line of business application.
Catherine Larsen, ActiveDocs Senior Vice President of Sales said: "Replacing InfoPath can be a challenge on its own. In addition to that, our client operates in a highly sensitive financial services environment. Our proof of concept project, where the client ran ActiveDocs in their own environment, showed that ActiveDocs met all requirements for functionality, as well as security and resilient deployment capabilities."
The deployment of the state of the art document automation software has delivered a number of material benefits beyond being a direct InfoPath replacement – quicker and more intuitive template design with centralized management of content resulted in shorter response time when changes to templates, or entirely new templates, are needed; the ActiveDocs open API enabled the robust integration with nCino and Salesforce that requires minimal maintenance; and the resilient deployment capabilities of ActiveDocs mean that the client can now rely on automated document generation under a range of adverse events and conditions.
